“I really like arm, shoulder, and back days. Those were my favorites.”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?
“I’m so proud about the fact that was I able to stick with it and follow through about 90% of the time. I’ve never done anything like this before so I didn’t know how I was going to respond. It was difficult as some points haha trying to stay motivated and keep doing my sets and not skipping some exercises, but I did it! And the fact that I paid for it also kept me pretty motivated LOL but whatever works right?

AND I’M GOING TO KEEP GOING!!!! My habits have totally changed now, so I’m going to keep going with this routine for at least another month or 2. I’m excited. I’ll tag you in the progress photos when I do them.”

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS CHALLENGE?
“Knowing that Courtney was also prepping made me more motivated to stick to the exercise and nutrition plan. I knew that however hard it was for me, she was working even harder, so I had to step it up!”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?
“I’m most proud of the difference in my photos with such a small amount of weight lost. I was able to maintain my muscle while losing only body fat.”

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT THIS CHALLENGE?
“I really enjoyed having a program to stick to! I typically do best when I have structure, so having all of the meal ideas and workouts pre-made made it much easier. I think my favorite thing specifically was using this challenge to really start to evaluate what I eat and in what proportions. I had always felt like caloric restriction meant that you would be hungry all the time, but this challenge showed me that this is definitely not the case.

Also, at the beginning of the challenge, I was completely overwhelmed by how much food I had to eat- but at the end my metabolism had kicked up so much that I was constantly ready for the next meal!”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?
“I am really proud of how hard I worked. I can’t believe the changes I saw in my body. To be completely honest, I don’t think the pictures do my change justice. My legs are becoming super solid, the fat in my midsection is melting away, and I didn’t realize just how great my core would feel all the time.
This is certainly not the end of my journey. The ck25day is only the beginning! Now that I have established the habits, I know I can sustain this lifestyle and reach my goals.”

“I enjoyed the weekly communication with you. It pushed me to work hard and hold myself accountable ! I also enjoyed your work outs especially Mondays leg day.”

“I am most proud of how much water I have been drinking. I feel that has been a big contributing factor to my pounds lost. I am proud of my new weight and the differences I see in before/after pictures!”

“My favorite thing about this challenge was having a group of like-minded people that even though I didn’t know them or who they are, I knew we were all in this together. I loved how all of us liked each other’s photos and commented and encouraged. I really learned that I love the fitness community (more than before) and I love being a part of it. I love how you can push and challenge people that you don’t even know.”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?

  • “I really have always loved working out, healthy living, eating well, and just an overall healthy lifestyle. I have always had a goal in the back of my mind to compete in a fitness competition, but never really knew how or if I could be that dedicated and have that much self-control. With you AWESOME, easy to follow plan I found that if I truly have a goal and a plan I am very good at sticking to it 100%. I truly followed the meal plans and workouts and it really pushed me. It helped me to stop drinking during the week and weekend as much as well as plan even more ahead of time for meals. I am really proud of sticking to it for the full 25 days and for the first time I can almost see my ABS!!! I am going to try to push out the same challenge and workout plan two more weeks and see if I can finally really have abs!”
  • “The other thing that was super awesome is that I really challenged my family again to get back on the train. They all are super healthy but I helped guide them on tracking macros to achieve certain body goals.”
  • “I also found that I am a kick-ass meal prepper and a lot of people have been asking me for tips and tricks and recipes. I would love to start my own small business of helping prep meals for others! I know it is far out there, but I have always loved to cook and this is really important to me to plan ahead. It is so much healthier and you save so much money!”

“My favorite part about this challenge, was learning to adapt to a new style of training with an end goal to keep me on track. This challenge held me accountable and drove me to not only prove to myself that I could do it, but to also make you proud! You are honestly such an inspiration not just as a competitor or “fitness celebrity” but truly as a genuine human being that wants to help others.”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?
“The thing that I am most proud of isn’t physical. (Yes my body has done amazing things and I mean abs 🙂 )

I am most proud of the fact that I overcame all my mental obstacles during this challenge. I used to have such a negative relationship with food and body image, and in the past struggles with binging and at times purging. I thought maybe those emotions might come back but they didn’t! I didn’t allow the diet or restriction control me. Instead I focused on how it was going to fuel me! Thank you for that!”

Your workouts were KILLER, and I was never once felt like I was starving because I wasn’t getting enough calories. I loved learning from you, and knowing what you do to prepare for a show! “My favorite thing about this challenge was the fact that I’ve learned to push myself and also I always thought “how can healthy/clean food taste good?” One thing this challenge taught me was experimenting with my foods and learning that just because it’s healthy doesn’t mean you can put your own twist to eat and still have it be healthy. Eating cleans and healthy became a lifestyle to me now. When before it felt like a chore. Something that I was forcing myself to do. That’s no fun!”

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF AFTER FINISHING THIS CHALLENGE?
“I’m most proud of the changes I’ve seen. Even small ones. I don’t care because I’m on the right path. I’ve pushed myself at the gym everyday I went. Even when I would get off work all late and still had to go home and be a wife and mom. Especially being military it was hard to find a bit of energy left for the gym but it became my happy place something that I looked forward to everyday. Oh I also fell in love with egg whites in the morning. With some salsa ;)”
